Fault / Configuration management/configuration of Nokia MW / SDH / DWDM
Trouble Ticket handling
Customer Issue handling
Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLA
Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node /system/services
Emergency Handling and chronology preparation
