1. Digital Product – No Refunds

All sales are final. Since this is a digital product and you gain instant access to the entire course content after payment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Access

Access to the course is provided only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any attempt to share, resell, or distribute the content will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Technical error from our end that prevents course access (and not resolved within 7 days of support request).

If you believe you fall under these exceptions, contact us with proof at support@koushikmridha.in within 3 days of the issue.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our terms. In such cases, your access to the course will be permanently revoked and legal action may be pursued.
